Long Description:
Starship Captains is a worker placement game where you will be deploying your crew of fresh ensigns and cadets to the ship’s various stations: piloting, tactics, and science. You will traverse the galaxy on missions of cooperation, negotiation, and exploration, advancing the goals of The Cooperative, all the while dodging pirate patrols, or the dreaded pirate uprising. Do well and your junior officers will get promoted and make your ship more effective and ready to take on whatever the galaxy has in store. After four rounds of careful worker management, the Captain that has scored the most points wins! Starship Captains’ theme is a lighthearted tribute to science fiction space opera. *This demo will walk you through the first couple of turns of the game and teach you everything you need to know to continue confidently on your own. You will be assisted by a member of our CGE demo team.*
