Zero Hour in Diagonal. Officials claim that the area has been evacuated due to a chemical leak at a nearby engineering facility and that there is no immediate hazard. Supposedly all residents have been accounted for, however concerned relatives have not been able to reach anyone. Other reports indicate that a cargo plane may have crashed in the area last night.
