Long Description:
Blacktop, a megacity in southern Illinois, near the remains of Old Chicago, has been suffering catastrophic meltdowns in their power system, greater than anything else they’ve had to deal with. Authorities believe it to be the work of a hidden group of Netrunners and Techies called The Shattered. With a 2 million Eurodollar bounty on solid leads, this ragtag group of edge runners must hunt these techno-cultists before Blacktop becomes a city of darkness.
