April 1986. Miami has become the epicenter of music, drugs, nightlife, and the American Dream. But when a prominent local businessman is found dead in his Coconut Grove home, a group of Miami PD detectives enter a twisting mystery seemly out of the mind of the art deco architects of South Beach. Everything seems to connect back to the recent death of a DEA Agent at the Port of Miami, but what could be coming from the water besides the drugs, refugees, and cruise-line passengers?
