Long Description:
New York in 1977 was already a dirty, corrupt, cash-strapped, difficult, & dangerous place before the lights went out. When the blackout hits, the city erupts into chaos. Can a few heroes keep the city in one piece long enough to uncover forces at work that are darker than the city without lights?
