Long Description:
In this case study, a table role-playing game was implemented in a high school English class studying Sophocles’ Antigone, intended to help a classroom instructor achieve specific, targeted objectives. Upon completion of the game sessions, all participants were interviewed to share their experience and insights into using the table role-playing game and how it impacted their understanding of the text. This study demonstrates that the intervention successfully achieved its goals by providing the participants with the information they needed to understand and analyze the text.
