Long Description:
Dr. Jennifer Daniels is a social psychologist who has been interested in the making and breaking of social bonds for almost 20 years. In this interactive seminar, the psychological concepts related to fandoms, fanships, and parasocial relationships will be introduced in an accessible and meaningful way. Dr. D will offer ways that honoring these relationships can be woven into your applied setting of choice as well as an invitation to participate in ongoing research related to these topics.
