In a world where the services of a good Dungeon Master are becoming increasingly in-demand, the difficulty of acquiring talented and professional Dungeon Masters on a limited or even nonexistent budget plagues FLGS and after-school/library programs alike. We've spent the better part of 5 years honing our hiring strategies and incentive programs and we hope that you can gain insight from our trials and our past errors. Our goal is to impart our methods, which cover a variety of hiring needs, to Trade Day Attendees of all backgrounds.
