Long Description:
Building on the success of my Star Wars themed exercise classes, I have designed an effective body weight workout for Dungeons and Dragons Fighters! More than just push ups and squats, though I won't deny they are included. An excellent means of developing body control while preparing our bodies for the rigors of a full day of Gen Con! You might also want to consider my third year offerings of Sith Core and Mandalorian Martial Arts, my Jedi Yoga classes now in its fifth year, or the second year of my plyometric based workout Buff Barbarian.
