Long Description:
Building on the success of my Star Wars themed exercise classes, I have designed an effective body weight workout for Dungeons and Dragons Fighters! More than just push ups and squats, though I won't deny they are included. An excellent means of developing body control while preparing our bodies for the rigors of a full day of Gen Con! You might also want to add Sith Core, Mandalorian Martial Arts, Jedi Yoga, Buff Barbarian, and The Kessel Run (new this year).
